Note that the Roudabush Survey listed this structure as Wil-1 Parker, 3999 Old Beebe Rd. in the Town of Wilson, Niagara County. Tax records list the structure as Eadie 3999 Beebe Rd., Town of Newfane, Niagara County; however, the street name where the structure is located is Old Beebe Road. The 2.39 acre property straddles the Town of Wilson and Town of Newfane line with the residence on the Newfane side. The structure is now listed in the InfoBase as Town of Newfane, New-10 Parker 3999 Beebe Rd. [Wil-1].
